HOW GREAT athletes
CONSISTENTLY DOMINATE

How do you explain when athletes don’t play as we expect? Or better, how do you explain when athletes are able to achieve success that seems to defy everything we thought was possible?

For example: Why is LeBron so good? Year after year, after year, after year, he continues to be one of the best players in the NBA. And yet, he is just an athlete. He is just like every other player in the NBA. They have access to the same coaching, the same equipment, and they are all the most competitive athletes in the world. Then why is it that he seems to have something different?

Why is it that Travis Hunter was able to play 115 snaps a game, be a top 5 WR and CB, and win the Heisman Trophy? He wasn’t the only player who trained hard, and he certainly wasn’t the only player to sacrifice for his dreams. Why him?

And why is it that young athletes like Jeremiah Smith and Ryan Williams are able to dominate college football when they play older, bigger, and more experienced players… or maybe Lamine Yamal who is 17 years old, worth more than $180,000,000, and the third most valuable player in all of soccer. There’s something else at play here.

About 25 years ago my mom, Laura Cipullo, started her journey as a registered dietitian. Now, she is one of the best, most qualified, and smartest registered dietitians in New York.  She has come to learn many things about the human body, and exactly what athletes need to eat in order to fuel themselves for peak performance.

As it turns out, there is a pattern. All of the great and inspiring athletes – whether it’s Lebron James, Travis Hunter, or Lamine Yamal – they all recover, train, and fuel the exact same way. And it’s the complete opposite to everyone else.

All my mom did was codify it, and it’s probably the most helpful and simple tool I have ever used. Our service costs less than a cup of coffee, and when comparing it to LeBron James’ million dollar recovery routine, $2.95-$4.95 a month seems like nothing.
