Founder

Rob Agans is a student at The University of Miami majoring in Biochemistry, with a lifelong passion for athletics, health, and science. A 2025 graduate of Northern Valley Old Tappan, Rob was a multi-sport athlete who focused on football, track, and academics throughout high school, playing Varsity Football and developing a strong foundation in discipline and performance. Driven by his commitment to health and wellness, Rob studied nutrition, took pre-med courses, and volunteered in community outreach programs. Recognizing the lack of accessible, evidence-based health resources for young athletes, he co-founded Sports Plan Pro with his brother, Liam, to provide science-backed nutrition and fitness education. With guidance from their mother, Laura Cipullo, a renowned Registered Dietitian and four-time author, they built a platform focused on real data, real science, and real results. Rob’s mission is to make health and performance education simple, credible, and accessible for teen athletes as he continues his studies and community impact through college.

William R Agans

Founder

William “Liam” Agans is a junior at Bergen Catholic High School and an athlete who plays year-round high school and club soccer. He has trained internationally in Manchester and Oakum, England, and will compete in Italy this summer. Inspired by an entrepreneurial course at Georgetown University in Spring 2023, Liam co-founded Sports Plan Pro with his brother, helping shape the platform’s design, content, and vision. He remains deeply involved in building the brand and developing its fitness and nutrition resources. Outside of Sports Plan Pro, Liam trains with Terry Kerrigan, practices cold plunging, and volunteers with God’s Love We Deliver and Trinity Reformed Church. He follows an intuitive, performance-based approach to nutrition focused on fueling for training and competition.

Laura Cipullo, RD, CDCES, CEDS-S and 500 Yoga Instructor

Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor, 500 hour Yoga Instructor.

Laura Cipullo is a four time author and the founder of the boutique wellness practice Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition and Yoga in NYC. Laura has dedicated the past 25 years counseling nutrition with a holistic approach. She believes there is no one size that fits all. Laura leads a team of 5 RD’s teaching positive nutrition to children, teens and adults in NYC, NJ and through telehealth around the world. They serve a range of clients depending on their individual needs. Specialities include adolescent nutrition, ARFID, and Eating Disorders, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and gastrointestinal issues. She has served as the president of IAEDP- NY and currently supervises RD’s earning their CEDS credential. When not working, Laura loves eating at NYC’s finest restaurants and traveling around the world with her boys! Her motto is Eat Kale and Cupcakes!

Taylor Wallach, RD, CDN, CSCS, ACE-CPT

Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ACE Certified personal Trainer

Taylor is both a registered dietitian and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Taylor earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Hofstra University and then went on to complete her didactic requirements at Montclair State University. Taylor uses both her nutrition knowledge and exercise and sports science expertise to write for the teen subscribers of Sports Plan Pro while also practicing as a clinical dietitian at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, NJ. Taylor is currently working towards earning a Certificate as a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. Taylor loves to play the guitar and create art in her free time.
