Our mission is to empower teen athletes to reach their full athletic potential by providing them with the essential nutrition and fitness knowledge and tools for optimal sports performance through a membership-based community. We are committed to educating young athletes on the importance of eating the right macronutrients  at the right times to fuel their bodies for peak performance. Through personalized nutrition recommendations, expert guidance, and evidence-based resources, Sports Plan Pro strives to build a healthier, more informed generation of athletes who are equipped to succeed in their sports and maintain lifelong wellness.

Our Team

Robert T Agans

Founder

Rob Agans is a senior at Northern Valley Old Tappan graduating spring of 2025. Rob has been an athlete participating in sports ranging from soccer, to baseball and football since the age of 3. Once in high school, he focused his time on football, track and academics. At present, Rob plays Varsity Football for NVOT. Rob has been passionate about his own health and fitness spending numerous hours researching nutrition, taking pre med classes over the summers and volunteering to feed the less fortunate. Rob wanted other students to have easy access to evidence based nutrition and fitness for athletes instead of spending endless hours searching for unfounded health tips on the internet. He joined forces with his brother, Liam to create Sports Plan Pro to make health education accessible to other teen athletes . Rob and his brother, Liam, worked on their dream app solo until they needed expert guidance from their mother, renowned Registered Dietitian and 4 time Author, Laura Cipullo. Together they have finally created this website. Rob hopes health becomes easier for all teen athletes and aspires to share it with the community he resides in during college. Rob loves to ski and game on his days off of school. His favorite country to visit is France, especially Paris and Chamonix- Mont Blanc. Rob uses total calories and macros to achieve his desired weight gain and bulk each football season and then to maintain his weight during the season.

William R Agans

Founder

William, known as Liam, is currently a sophomore attending Bergen Catholic High School. Liam is a natural athlete, playing golf and tennis outside of school and soccer for high school and club soccer at all other times. Liam has played soccer in both Manchester England and Oakum, England, He is looking forward to playing in Italy this summer. In the spring of 2023, Liam took an entrepreneurial class at Georgetown University inspiring him to develop an fitness app that eventually morphed into a collaboration with his brother to become this Sports Plan Pro website. He still hopes that this site wil one day become an APP. Liam and his brother have spent the last year bringing their idea to fruition. Liam has attended every meeting to make this vision a dream and has personally helped to design this website. Liam has chosen all the fitness topics to be covered in the more than 50 blogs subscribers receive. When not working on the website, Liam can be found working out with his trainer, Terry Kerrigan, breathing through cold plunges (longest one is 13 minutes) and volunteering for Gods Love We Deliver and Trinity Reformed Church. His favorite vacation was to Peru where he climbed Machu Picchu with his mom. Liam doesn’t count carbs, protein or fats, instead he is an intuitive eater who focuses on eating the right macros before and after training and games on the pitch.

Laura Cipullo, RD, CDCES, CEDS-S and 500 Yoga Instructor

Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor, 500 hour Yoga Instructor.

Laura Cipullo is a four time author and the founder of the boutique wellness practice Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition and Yoga in NYC. Laura has dedicated the past 25 years counseling nutrition with a holistic approach. She believes there is no one size that fits all. Laura leads a team of 5 RD’s teaching positive nutrition to children, teens and adults in NYC, NJ and through telehealth around the world. They serve a range of clients depending on their individual needs. Specialities include adolescent nutrition, ARFID, and Eating Disorders, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and gastrointestinal issues. She has served as the president of IAEDP- NY and currently supervises RD’s earning their CEDS credential. When not working, Laura loves eating at NYC’s finest restaurants and traveling around the world with her boys! Her motto is Eat Kale and Cupcakes!

Taylor Wallach, RD, CDN, CSCS, ACE-CPT

Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ACE Certified personal Trainer

Taylor is both a registered dietitian and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Taylor earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Hofstra University and then went on to complete her didactic requirements at Montclair State University. Taylor uses both her nutrition knowledge and exercise and sports science expertise to write for the teen subscribers of Sports Plan Pro while also practicing as a clinical dietitian at Englewood Hospital in Englewood, NJ. Taylor is currently working towards earning a Certificate as a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. Taylor loves to play the guitar and create art in her free time.
